Changing Plans & Updating Billing
Upgrade, downgrade, swap card, view invoices — without ever calling support.
Changing plans
Settings → Subscription → Change Plan. Pick the new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose mid-month features.
Updating your card
Settings → Subscription → Update Payment Method opens a Stripe-hosted form. Enter the new card; we charge a $0 authorization to verify, then store the new card. The old card stays on file as a backup until you remove it.
Failed payments
If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we retry on a smart schedule — 3 days, 5 days, 7 days. You get an email and an in-app banner before each retry. If all three retries fail, the account drops to read-only mode (campaigns stay live, but you can't create new ones) until you update the card.
Invoices and receipts
Settings → Billing → Invoices lists every invoice with PDF download links. Each invoice includes your organization's legal name and EIN — perfect for accounting. The first 24 months of invoices are kept indefinitely.
Canceling
Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you keep access until then. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you reactivate; after 90 days it's permanently deleted (we'll send 14- and 7-day reminders).
